Subject to Stock Availability: We aim to keep accurate stock counts on our website, but sometimes discrepancies may occur. In such cases, we will fulfill available products and inform you about any back ordered items.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, size, and destination. Payment for shipping is collected with your purchase, and this will be the final shipping cost.


Return Due To Change Of Mind

We accept returns if you’ve changed your mind within 30 days of receiving the item. Items should be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive and accept your returns, we’ll process refunds as store credit, and you’ll be notified by email. We will refund the value of the returned goods but not the shipping cost.

Warranty Returns

Valid warranty claims can be made within 90 days of receiving your item. Customers are required to cover the cost of return shipping, which will be reimbursed upon a successful warranty claim.

Upon receiving returned items for a warranty claim, we’ll process it within 7 days. You’ll have the option of a refund to your payment method, store credit, or a replacement item (if available).


Transit Time Domestically: For domestic shipments, it usually takes 2 – 7 days.

Transit Time Internationally: International orders vary and may take 4 – 22 days, depending on the courier.

 Dispatch Time: We dispatch orders within 2 business days.

 Change Of Delivery Address: You can change the delivery address before dispatch.

P.O. Box Shipping: We ship to P.O. boxes using postal services only.

Military Address Shipping: Military addresses are shipped using USPS.

Items Out Of Stock: If items are out of stock, we will dispatch them once they become available.

Delivery Time Exceeded: If the delivery time exceeds the estimate, please contact us.

Tracking Notifications

Customers will receive tracking links to follow the shipment’s progress based on updates from the shipping provider.

Parcels Damaged In Transit

If a parcel is damaged, try to reject it if possible. If it’s delivered, please contact customer service.

Duties & Taxes

Sales Tax: Sales tax is applied to displayed prices.

 Import Duties & Taxes: Import duties and taxes are prepaid.


Cancellations are accepted before dispatch. After dispatch, please refer to our refund policy.
