Return & Refunds Policy

1. Return Acceptance

We hope that you’ll love everything you ordered from Shipping Containers UK Limited. But if you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange it within 30 days from the delivery date. This return window meets Google Merchant Center’s minimum return policy requirements.

Note: We aren’t able to accept returns or exchanges unless they have been authorized by our customer service team at info@shippingcontainersuklimited.com. We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first.  If you want to return or exchange, please contact us to provide your Order Number and state the reason. After receiving your email with an exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send the exchange/return instructions back to you via email. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/returns. 

2. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition with all the original labels attached in original packaging; if not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees, and there will be no refund. 

  • Containers must be structurally undamaged and free of customer modifications.

  • All original documentation and accessories must be returned with the item.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

 

To start a return, contact our customer support team with:

  • Items can be return pr exchange within 30 days from the delivery date. Note that the overdue requests may not be accepted. 

  • Order number

  • Description of the reason for return

  • Photographs (if applicable)

  • We’ll email you once processing your refund or exchange and the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Generally, you will receive a refund within 15 days. If no refund is received within 30 days, please contact us via email. 

    Once approved, we will provide return instructions and any necessary return shipping label. (Return label: Included the packaging)

4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective product), customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs will be communicated before return authorization.

5. Refund Method & Timing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned product is received and inspected. Processing typically occurs within 7–14 business days of receipt. Original shipping costs paid at purchase are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Order Cancellation 

For orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer a full refund

We will not accept an order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped. Please apply for a return after receiving the package.

Generally, you will receive a refund within 15 days. If no refund received within 30 days, please contact us via email

8. Exceptions & Final Sale Items

Some products may be marked as final sale or non‑returnable. These exceptions will be clearly indicated at the point of sale.

9. Compliance with Google Merchant Center

This return policy is published on our website and entered into our Google Merchant Center account to ensure consistency, transparency, and compliance with Google’s policy requirements.
